Privacy in the San Rafael guide

How SanRafaelAntioquia.com handles the little personal data it receives, who is responsible and how to exercise your rights under Law 1581 of 2012.

You do not need to sign up or give your name to read this guide. Here we explain which data does reach us and what happens to it, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (now part of Decree 1074 of 2015).

Data controller

Julián Durango Gallego, domiciled in Sabaneta, Antioquia, Colombia. Email for any data matter: contacto@juliandurango.com.

Data we receive

Email messages: your name, address and what you write. We use them to reply and, if you report a mistake about a river pool, a bus or a property, to fix the page. We send no newsletters, do not sell them and only share them if an authority requires it.

Hosting technical data: Hostinger logs IP, browser and requested page on each visit, for security and operation. We do not use those logs to identify you.

We have no forms, user accounts or analytics installed by us.

When you leave for Booking.com

A click on a Booking.com link passes through CJ Affiliate before reaching Booking.com. Both companies store cookies and technical data to attribute the booking and pay the commission. Banners may load a CJ pixel. Their processing is governed by their own policies.

Details of those cookies are in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You may know, update and correct your data, request proof of consent, learn what it is used for, revoke consent or ask for deletion when there is no legal duty to keep it, access it free of charge and complain to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

Send your request to contacto@juliandurango.com with your name and what you are asking for. We answer queries within 10 business days and claims within 15; if we need more time, we tell you before the deadline.

Retention and other points

We keep emails while handling your case. Hosting and email may run on servers outside Colombia, with reasonable security measures. The site is not aimed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with its date. See also the affiliate disclosure, terms and conditions and contact.
